Anyway. I posted it every where but here (My bad, lol).

I'm engaged!

It's still a little over a year off (give or take), so we've started some prelim "brainstorming" (I think that's the best word for it)

So far, we like the colors Victorian Purple (it's kind of a darker lilac) and Antiqued Silver with a medium dark brown(as a trim color).

I'm leaning towards a 'Masquerade' theme, because it'll be in October (and Halloween is my favorite holiday, hehe).

I'm totally stuck on decoration ideas (and ideas in general) on how to tie that theme together. I kind of want to wear a mask down the aisle (if the church will allow it), and have the whole bridal party wear masks for pictures and for part of the reception.

I hate feathers, which seems to be the first thing people say for Masquerade (I'm not sure why...).

Anyone got any neat (not-costly... XD ) ideas? They'd be really appreciated!
